TruStone Rewards Platform is Live

We are happy to advise that the TruStone Rewards platform is up and running.

This is a program designed to reward our advisors for settling business. Please see the following TruStone Rewards Flyer for details about the program. We have retroactively applied points that would have been earned from February 1 – July 31, 2023 to advisor accounts.

If you had a login under our former rewards platform, your username and password remain the same. If your email has changed, your username was updated and you will need to reset your password. You can reset your password by clicking here.

    • 50 points are awarded for every settled life or living benefits application
    • 50 points are awarded for every net new segregated funds deposit with a value of 25K+
  • Points will be added to user accounts on or around the 15th of each month based on earnings from the previous month.
  • The minimum redemption amount is 250 points, which is equal to a $25 eGift card. Only those eGift cards shown on the platform are available for redemption.
  • Orders will be fulfilled on the 25th day of each month or the following business day should the 25th fall on a Saturday or Sunday.
